Akademia Enklawy - oddolny model animacji społeczno-kulturalnej młodzieży

The project continues, develops and disseminates Academy of Enclave - an innovative grass-roots model of socio-cultural animation of youth. The strategic partnership of two organizations in Poland and Slovakia, operating in the so-called disadvantaged rural areas and small towns, aims to:1. improving the quality of animation work with young people through the implementation, improvement and standardization of the Academy of Enclave’s model, using the knowledge and experience of both partners to continue and promote in new environments2. strengthening formal learning outcomes through the support and development of complementary forms of informal education, including peer mentoring, addressed especially to young people with fewer opportunities;3. increase the openness and willingness of local communities in both countries and abroad in Europe to build coalitions for youth through partnerships pursuing Academy of Enclave4. improve the quality of international cooperation in improving and promoting high standards of community work with young people in Poland, Slovakia and Europe.The recipients will be more than 300 students aged 12-19 years, including 35 so-called mentors and youth leaders who will participate in the activities of the Academy based on three pillars: peer mentoring, incubator of initiatives and voluntary arts. The program of the Academy will be referred to the good practices implemented successfully for more than one year in the two communes of Poland, in Warmia and Mazury region. The role of the 8-person team of coaches is supporting, activating and animating youth to self-student help, implementing grassroots initiatives and voluntary activities. At the same time, thanks to their commitment and training course that goes to raise their competences, there will be reviewed, evaluated and improved the entire Academy - in order to finally development of high-quality standards for its implementation in new environments, in three languages: Polish, Slovakian and English. Compendium, which will be developed, along with a certification system for future coaches, will be promoted and disseminated during the final two seminars in both countries and through the campaign in the network on min. 10 international wesites and portals.
