The Airline Industry is the fastest growing industry, therefore, there are more job opportunities than in any other field. The world's air traffic is expected to increase at a constant rate for the next 20 years. According to the United Nations World Tourism Organization, Europe continues to receive the highest number of international arrivals. 9% of the global workforce, 1 person out of eleven , works in the Travel Industry. This is a combination of both direct and indirect employment. Travel & Tourism is one of the world’s largest employers. This is a reason why students should be encouraged to follow the Aviation Industry.The organization provides IATA courses to local and international students.Our Trainers have 37 years of experience in the Airline Industry and over 20 years of experience as trainers. They will share and improve their training techniques with the Trainers of European Training Centers. Our trainers are also approved by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus as instructors and are certified IATA trainers .Our main objective is to create opportunities that will enhance the students and trainers visibility, improve communication channels and strengthen our European identity. This will encourage and improve all individuals. This effort, combination of knowledge and expertise will help both parties to develop further in this rapidly changing and competitive environment. New teaching methods and tools will be shared and practiced, such as:Face-to-face training methods in the classroom is carried out and the trainees are benefited because there is interaction between the participants and the trainers. The trainers can share own experiences and give examples of incidents. Techniques used: Lectures , presentations, discussion, role playing, practical exercises. Both parties will have the opportunity to share their culture, thus, improving the sustainability, flexibility and responsiveness by enforcing the value of diversity in the changing needs of communities and people.Our organization will develop a strategy for internationalization, manage activities with our European partners and ensure that our projects are of a high standard. Both parties trainers will take part in the training courses and therefore will be able to apply the new techniques and experiences.Our 50 in total students will be benefited by obtaining an internationally recognized certification, the Europass and the experience of participating to an overseas academy. The selected students will be fluent in English and have a high performance.New skills and knowledge can be acquired.Existing skills and knowledge can be enhanced or updated, enabling people to further improve proven strengths.Improvements in confidence, capability and competence.New learning methods will be used to improve training and will be shared, enhancing team performance.The academy will have the opportunity to improve performance.The trainers with the Managing Director of the academy will decide as to who is eligible to attend the project.Airline Cabin Crew Training includes the following: Introduction to the Airline Industry - Air transport and Flight Operation -. Crew responsibilities and Cooperation - Managing Abnormal and Emergency Situations - Medical Emergencies Onboard the Aircraft - Dangerous Goods - Aviation Security - Customer Service Interaction with Passengers - Airline Catering and Onboard Retail Service - Cabin Crew Professional Development. Foundation in Travel and Tourism includes the following: The Travel and Tourism Industry and the travel professional - Geography in travel planning - Travel formalities - Air Transport Essential - Land Transportation - Tour packages - Customer service in the travel industry -. Air Fares and Ticketing - The technology in the travel and Tourism Industry - Global Distribution System . The Academy will arrange the flights and accommodation for all participants in advance.All documentation will be checked in advance. Visa requirements will be checked for all participants traveling to The Netherlands.Several meetings will take place before the project so that all procedures and information is passed on to them.List with all contact details will be prepared and handed to all participants.In order to get familiar and show respect to the visiting country, information regarding customs and culture will be explained and handouts will be given to all participants. Learning agreements will be discussed in advance. A timetable will be prepared in advance and agreed with both parties.Follow up will be carried out by using questionnaires. The trainers from both parties will be evaluating the progress of the participants and the project. At the end of the course a debrief will be carried out.
