PROJECT
FINISHED
Our project is planned to be carried out in the region of Slovakia. The target of the project is to motivate young people by adopting a right attitude to each activity chosen by themselves. We would like to point out the importance of parental support together with teaching young people to approach dancing or any other activity in responsible way and the ability to find the performance motivation in themselves. We live in fast-moving times, where the young are being taught to leave halfway through the work considering it for right way. However we would like to let them demonstrate and learn following: if they enjoy and are interested in some acitivity, they should find the enthusiasm even though they don´t find motivation to persist in activity given. At the same time we want them to learn how significant is each member of the team and how beneficial is each member´s work. We often encounter enexpected problems in group related to the lack of empathy towards the others, the laziness and the motivation loss. We feel an urgent need to be in a charge of young people leading them to responsibility and tolerance. Our target is to bring out the team spirit and to focus on teamwork as a group of people. There will be the specialist available during the whole running project whose aim is to work with the young at full profundity as well as the group leaders themselves will acquire knowledge. There are 40 participants together with 3 leaders from Poland and 3 from Slovakia. These participants are members of dancing groups or of the other unit and therefore it is necessary to be able to work in team and to have the incessant motivation in team given. We have prepared various activities for our participants such as getting-to-know and movement activities, games focused on motivation, teamwork activities and games for empathy growth. The older participants will obtain easier activities and more difficult ones wil be in charge of our specialist Lucia Košťálová.The older experienced participants will have to be well prepared for this activity. At the same time we would like to cooperate with parents and to find out where and for what reason is the motivation issue. We expect the participants to change the scale of values and start approaching the activities with greater desire and responsibility at work, at home, at school or wherever they are. Their improving ability to work can be achieved as well as by creating the familiar atmosphere among participants. As for long-term contribution we expect better socialising of participants, their inclusion to work and the possibility of long-term international relations and cooperation.
