The mobilities will target different creative industries and vocational educational centres. Will aim to send creative individuals involved in achieving innovative and new methods in education, train youth with a view to innovating and improving the quality of teaching, training and youth work across Europe within the areas of visual and performing arts. Our objectives are: To increase the capacity to make changes in terms of modernisation and international openings within our educational organisation. To provide greater understanding and responsiveness to social, linguistic and cultural diversity To increase opportunities for professional and career development. To communicate the distinct teaching and learning culture of Aigaia to our partners. As this will be the first time we apply for the programme, we will aim to send 10 individuals abroad, including staff and learners to participate in this project. The participants will be selected according to certain criteria such as: language competencies, communication skills, interest, opportunities, motivation, clear goals for the mobility, willingness to share their experiences upon return. The participants will have a creative training background in art, design, craft and theatre and generally in any of the creative disciplines. They will aim for professional and personal development, experiences, broadening their understanding of becoming a professional in the visual and performing arts industry and education, promoting lifelong learning and personal development through Europe and various cultures. Creative industries vary their activities between the arts, business and technology, and have their origin in individual creativity, skill and talent, create and develop careers through the generation and exploitation of intellectual property. The participants activities will include the understanding of how these professional creative industries function efficiently in terms of organising their activities, designing, producing and reaching their target groups in the market. Methodology to be used in carrying out the project: Research, establish partnerships and select appropriate partners for specific mobilities Prepare, negotiate and sign agreements between all partners Selection of participants Preparation, organisation, monitoring of the participants Evaluation of the learning outcomes according to the memorandum of understanding, learning and mobility agreements between all partners Issue of appropriate certificates, validate and recognise as a part of, or addition to, the qualification intended in our institution. The expected impact on all involved in all the mobilities will be great and will help their personal development as professionals in all the fields of visual and performing arts and will increase opportunities for professional and career development in our Institution. Will also increase the capacities, attractiveness and international dimension of our Institution, so that we are able to offer activities and programmes that respond better to the needs of individuals, within and outside Europe. After the completion of the mobility we will have to reflect on all steps and consider the extent to which changes should be adopted in the future. In particular regarding the prepared agreements and learning outcomes, we should consider whether they provide sufficient knowledge, skills and competence acquired abroad or where, if appropriate, adaptations are necessary. This evaluation should involve all that took part in the mobilities. In order to ensure and maximise the impact of all mobilities on the professional development of all staff, our Institution will make sure that after the mobility, the competencies acquired by our staff are disseminated across the Institution and integrated into the teaching practices and everyday activities. All information and activities will be distributed throughout the Institution by Networking Staff activities, through internal Training and staff development sessions. All the above results, comments and thoughts will be shared with all partners and other pro On the basis of the evaluation, appropriate changes should be made in preparation of future mobility projects, if necessary and upon consultation with all stakeholders.
