The project includes a multidisciplinary team of teachers, covering all the educational fields and stages taught in the school (maths, science, arts, English, history, Vocational Training, PE....) with the suitable comunication skills required for each of the planned mobilities, broad teaching experience and high interest in bringing teaching innovation into the classroom. They are firmly committed to providing our school with a European dimension.
Our project will last 24 months and the activities will revolve around language competence update, methodological innovation and CLIL.

The members will follow a methodology based on regular interdisciplinary meetings to schedule the development timetable, follow-up activities, reports to the teaching staff, hands-on workshops and discussions. Apart from that,we will take advantage of online websites, such as Etwinning as tools for collaborative work to spread ,share and provide information and digital material. Several assessment sessions will be held to reflection on the objectives achieved.
Regarding the project outcome, the teachers involved are expected to to actively improve their teaching and language skills and to integrate new technologies and ICT in the classroom. To the same extend, the involvement of the whole institution will result in a new European dimension. As far as students are concerned, the impact is expected to be stronger, since all these actions will foster their participation and motivate them. Likewise, in the long-term, new perspectives will be open to our school and we are sure about the fact that this will be the starting point for future Erasmus Projects.
