Social exclusion influenced by lack of need to communicate with people - youth workers addressing those issues and searching for new methodologies and people in the offices or laboratories where work is almost based exclusively on computer work. Office/lab people have a broad understanding of various technologies, processes and have generally well developed cognitive function, but lack empathy. We believe, that acroyoga and non-formal education methods can bring these people from social exclusion to become youth leaders and improve their health. Training course "ACROYOGA*(HEALTH+EFFICIENCY+SOCIAL INTERACTION)=HAPPINESS^2" has three main objectives: - To encourage young professionals to become youth leaders/workers and use acroyoga as a method in return stimulating the development of social activeness in business. - Create a space for young professionals and youth workers to start working together and teaching each other, exchanging different points of view and in future collaborations becoming a wide international network, where any interested young professional could get needed support and help for becoming a socially active in youth work field. - Address health problems in progressive young people, who, in most cases, do not pay too much attention to take care of their health until their sky-rocketing career drops down because of multiple health issues, mostly caused by lack of physical activity and strain on digestive track via continuous stress. Scheduling daily sports activities would increase productivity and state of health. Common results are socially active business taking actions in local community problem solving; wide international collaborations between youth workers and young professionals in youth work field and healthier, more productive and socially integrated workers with more ideas and out of the box thinking. 39 Youth leader, worker or a young person willing to become one strongly interested in the training course topic and goals. Motivated to grow social awareness and healthy lifestyle through everyday sports activities in regular office environment. All timetable of the training course will be created based on non-formal education and consistently divided in to several parts: physical (acroyoga, aerobics), performing arts (street theater) and efficiency (time-management). The timetable will be balanced paying attention to mix physical activeness demanding activities and non-formal education based. Daily results will be valuated during reflexion groups. In the beginning of the project participants will express their expectations and during final evaluation they will evaluate if they reached them. During the training course we are going to use these different methods: Acroyoga, street-theater, flash-mobs, discussions, interactive presentations, movement therapy, social games, team building activities, energizers. Expected impact and result: - KA02 stratgic partnership project about acroyoga; - International network for youth leaders and workers that use acroyoga's method; - More social active business and young professionals; - A short tutorial video of how to start doing acroyoga; - Big interest of local mass media during final act it out performances in international business enterprises; - Increased amount of young motivated youth leaders from fields, where youth work before was never an interest.
