ACCIÓN FORMATIVA SOBRE GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA EN EUROPA

The project applies to three of our students of the medium formative course of Administrative Management to do the major part of their internship, according to their studies, which have been developed taking into account the European model ISCED -3 (International Standard Classification of Education ) . The participants are three adults , with good academic results, that have expressed interest in conducting a vocational training period in Italy, and with limited financial resources. These students decided to continue their studies, after having left them years ago, because of the current crisis and unemployment situation in Spain. In fact, they are currently unemployed . This is a real job practical training in an European company in a different country which will be useful to learn your own special features in the context of cooperation between firms and workers in the European Community. This practical knowledge will be part of their official certificate as it will be developed before the diploma is issued to them , and that implies the aforementioned European standards. They will perform administrative practices in Italian companies in the same offices , according to the provisions for the module Training in Workplaces according to the curriculum of Technician in Administrative Management certificate. We collaborate with our host partner known as Regional Institute for Training & the Ricerca IREFORR , which is responsible for the selection of companies, shuttle in Italy, accommodation, monitoring and mentoring practices in companies. A tutor from our school will visit your centre in the middle of the stay to monitor and verify the established arrangements are made. Tutoring will be done by : - A tutor of our students’ internship, as well as the project coordinator. - A tutor from the host centre IREFORR. - A tutor from the companies which conduct the internship. The reason why we are interested in performing this training period is because we intend to open a path of mutual cooperation to repeat and extend it in the following academic years . For the participants, it will be an enriching experience to be mentioned in their CV , as well as a means to be able to get into the labour market, either in our country or in Europe. For our centre, this will mean a new offer for our students and an important opportunity to complete their training.
