A.G.O.R.A project is an EVS hosting project which will be organized by Eski Evrupa Gönüllü hizmeti Gönüllüleri Gençlik Derneği ( TREX-EVS ) in partnership with youth organizations from Spain, france, ıtaly and Greece. The project will be hosting 4 volunteers in total by the beginning of November 2015. For each volunteer, duration of activity will be 10 months. As an organization, we try to promote youth mobility and inform disadvantaged young people about EU oportunities and include them to these program actively. Our organization especially cares about including geographically and socio-economically disadvantaged youth and we aim to continue this process by A.G.O.R.A project. A.G.O.R.A project, which it's aim is to give the chance to the young people from our local and from different countries benefit from youth mobility oportunities, will be contributing to 4 young people in total by hosting them in our country. While our volunteers will be contributing to their local, they will also improve themselves will have a lot of experiences. During the project non formal methods will be used and especially outdoor activities will be in focus and volunteers will have chance to improve their own project and realize it. Within this project, our volunteers will discover their abilities, use these experiences in real life and will have experience like taking responsability, team work etc. Besides these acquired skills, we plan to make this project as an example and make an effect on our local in the meaning of having new volunteers and promoting volunteership idea. In long term, this project will be contributing to sustainability of Erasmus + projects, raising awareness about youth projects in izmir and rural development in local and international platforms. It will also improve the relationship between organizations in international level.
