Bañaderos -Cipriano Acosta school is carrying out a global project for all the students based on improving the school achivement, the rates suitablility and promotion, aptitude and absenteeism, to fight against the early school leaving.Our aims are:-Learning strategies to decrease the early leaving school and guarantee the school achivement.-Learning to take into account the diversity in the classroom to avoid the dropout.-Motivating the families to participate in the student teaching and learning process.-Being awared of other countries reality that have dealt with the early school leaving.Improving the school achivement, the rates suitablility and promotion.The staff involved in this project will be three teachers:*A teacher who teaches music in 1º y 2º "Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO)". She belongs to Content and Language Integrated Learning project and is charge of the Gender Equality project and of the communication practices subject. Apart from that, she is also member of the coexistence/behaviour committee.*A teacher who teaches English in 3º "Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO)", 1º y 2º of "Formación Básica" and the "Ciclo Medio". She is also the Vicedirector.*A teacher who teaches Technology and Information and Communications technologies (ICT) in 3º y 4º "Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria (E.S.O)" and 1º y 2º of Bachillerato. Besides, he belongs to Content and Language Integrated Learning project (CLIL), and to the Robotics project. He is also the Headmaster of the school.It is considered that the three teachers cover all the spectrum of the trainning provision in the school. Moreover, they all have responsibility in the global managament of the projects and the Secondary School.The project will take place from June 2016 to November 2017, and the activities will be Training Courses.1.-Academic Leadership. This mobiliity will take place in United Kingdom in July 2016.This mobility will be carried out by a teacher who teaches Technology and Information and Communications technologies (ICT) in 3º y 4º "Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria (E.S.O)" and 1º y 2º of Bachillerato. Besides, he belongs to Content and Language Integrated Learning project (CLIL), and to the Robotics project. He is also the Headmaster of the school..2.-Drama in language education.This mobiliity will take place in United Kingdom in July 2016.This mobility will be carried out by a teacher teacher who teaches music in 1º y 2º "Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO)". Apart from that, she is also member of the coexistence/behaviour committee.3.-Applying non-formal education in schools and adult education organizations Group .This mobility will take place in Italy and will be carried out by teacher who teaches English in 3º "Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO)", 1º y 2º of "Formación Básica" and the "Ciclo Medio". She is also the Vicedirector. This teacher coordinates the extracurricular activities,as well as the relationship with the parents and mothers'association.The Methodology has been:-Detecting needs-Searching for the teacher's appropiate profile-Searching for the appropiate course for every teacherWe hope that the results, benefits as well as the impact are:*Working in a team, analyising problems and using them to improve.*Understanding and respecting the social, linguistic and cultural diversity.*Improving the environment in the classroom, creating self-steem and confidence in the students.*Improving capacity to get the educational success.*Raising the motivation to innovate.*Encouraging to develop other projects.*Integrating all the students.
