The project is a consortium project that has been carried out in Germany by our applier institute İbn-i Sina Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and its 15 students with an accompanying teacher from 11th & 12th grades, Altınordu Atatürk Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and its 15 students with an accompanying teacher; our other consortium member Kamer Öncel Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and its 15 students with an accompanying teacher has carried out the project in Hungary. Within the project, Germany foot of the project has been carried out in Psycho-Med institute and Hungary foot of the project has been carried out Fajdalomklinika as 2 weeks of internship and training activities. The general objectives of the project; To develop vocational knowledge and critical-scientific thinking skills of the participants To bring our students up to a level where they can meet European standards in the nursing field To give the value to the nursing profession that it deserves To remove obstacles related to the disconnection between theoretical and practical training in the nursing field To prepare our participants for the market by giving them a chance to get a practical training before they start their professional lives To raise qualified staff for the medical tourism sector To improve vocational language skills To introduce new cultures. Participants have a got chance to practice applications for a patient with traction, its infections, possible complications and the importance of nursing care after they learned it in theoretically through being able to care for foreign patients within the first week of the training. In the second week, they have successfully completed the mobility by attending internships and also completing theoretical trainings about nutrition of a patient with traction, psychological approach, positioning and informing patient relatives about rehabilitation, postural drainage. Participants have developed vocational knowledge and skills by attending practical trainings after they got their theoretical education. After they completed their trainings, participants have risen their chance to be hired with the cortication provided by overseas partners and Europass resume and Europass Mobility documents which was prepared by our institute. Dissemination activities have been completed after the project mobility; the project outcomes have been shared and the target groups are informed about the project.
