After the successfull application of the ERASMUS + 2015 the MoI National Directorate General of Disaster Management Disaster Management Training Centre attended to the ERASMUS + Programme to develop the knowledge of the teachers by the given partners' good experience, to join theirs vocational trainings to raise up our professional practise and experience, to visit the similar foreign schools, centres, to heighten, to improve theirs linguistic skills. The Disaster Management Training Centre (KOK) wanted to raise the standard of education in disaster management, an to expand the professional knowledge. The job of KOK was set to the European trends the curriculum was improved, the competencies of teachers were develepod. During the project participants were examined to what items may be increased in the international practice and what elements could be adapted to the Hungarian educational system. The leading of the KOK decided to develop the colleaugues' professional skills in international environment, in additionally theirs language skills need to be refreshed, and they are opened to learn new techniques, eager to get to know new technical tools related to area of theirs expertise, which was perfectly coincided with the leadership development needs. The main aim of the project was that the teachers could feel themselves more confident in the area of international professional relations furthermore this was very important that good practices can be flown freely, knowledge of foreign disaster management - taking into account local specialities – can be into adaptable to the Hungarian system, in additionally professional and/or friendly relations between educational institutions colleagues can be evolved. Two project participants spent five days in Austria, two other participants spent six days in Berlin in Germany, and two other participants spent 11 days in Turkey, in Burdur and Batman cities to observe the practice of the given country's disaster management training of professionals and volunteers.
