In the biggest blocks of flats in Debrecen, most of the students are in disadvetigons position. The teachers put emhasies on helping them and the talented students too. International partnership programmes give great possibilities for that. The parents are also partners in this pricess. For the expanding of international partnership programmes it's neccessary that more and more teahcers would be able to communicate in foreign language. This was the lack earlier in our international programmes. We would like to change this to handle it as an emphasized task. For nine of our teachers (elementary, teachers for special needs students, vice-headmaster) we would like to give the chance to ddevelop their language skills. We hope this will be incentive to other colleagues and in a few years a half of our teachers will be able to communicate a foreign language on an acceptable level. It will open new possibilities for building new partnership, to get involved into new projects, methodological exchange programmes. We keep the usage of ICT tools very important, and to broaden our knowledge in connection with them. One of our colleague would be able to help with them. One of our colleague would be able to help us in it, who edits websites and the website of our school. As she has a language knowledge of English she can take part training and gives the gained experiences further to other colleagues. Our institut hasn't got enrollment problems, as we have manifold and interesting programmes and well-trained teachers. We would like continue our work in this way, by showing a good example to students, having mush teachers who can speak and use a language and ICT tools not only in international partnership programmes and projects but even during their lessons.
