Turning Europeans into excellent e-Learners : A centre of excellence for e-Learning has been established. This provides a catalogue and a database of e-Learning resources, together with a variety of communication and information material. All of this is incorporated into a web portal. This project started in 2002 and lasted 36 months.

The INFLOW project will develop a model for the identification of informal learning taking place in SMEs. The project will promote the acquisition and recognition of key skills in informal learning and will develop sustainable partnerships for training in informal learning to promote an integrated transnational approach to the recognition and validation of informal learning.
