...Specific objectives are linked to defining the basic concepts and course of the new IT project plan and training of bilingual media experts. The target groups of the project are 45.000 inhabitants of Szeghalom, and the 5.000 inhabitants of Bors region and its surroundings, economical enterprises, cultural and tourism operators of Szeghalom and Borş region, tourists etc.
