Providing advantages for the disadvantaged : Disabled people and other disadvantaged groups have limited opportunities on the job market. This project seeks to address that inequality by developing a new profile for a resource tutor and providing focused and tailor-made learning tools. This project started in 2003 and lasted 30 months.

Uncovering the potential of the disabled : Many disabled people find they are discriminated against when seeking employment. This project introduces a mentoring programme, which gives these job seekers some practical experience and an opportunity to prove themselves.
