Are you experienced, SME? : An international network has been set up to develop ways of facilitating knowledge transfer within SMEs. It promotes high levels of cooperation between experienced and younger workers in order to ensure that vital skills are properly transferred to ensure continuity. This project started in 2003 and lasted 24 months.

The FORCREST project aims at improving the employability of highly qualified young people in order to facilitate their insertion into the labour market.
