This proposal continues the succesful work in promoting researchers interaction with the citizens in Southeast Finland in three cities and adds another city and the region to the consortium. (Kouvola, Lappeenranta, Lahti and Kotka (new). This proposal also inroduces a new coordinator of the consortium.
