"Neighbours and Friends 2015" is a joint project between Art School Tromsø and Art School No1, Arkhangelsk. We will arrange a summer art camp for Norwegian and Russian youths at Grøtavær school camp on the island of Grytøya. The participants are 13 - 17 years of age. The teachers and most of the leaders from both schools are professional artists. The number of participants is 32.
