Professional development of social entrepreneurs : The UCE project defines an appropriate training mechanism to meet the requirements of social entrepreneurs. Through the UCE network, players involved in the social entrepreneur sector will be encouraged to observe the UCE charter. This project started in 2001 and lasted 36 months.

The project is based on a previous project’s results and is aiming at establishing a network of social entrepreneurs and enterprises.
