Are you experienced, SME? : An international network has been set up to develop ways of facilitating knowledge transfer within SMEs. It promotes high levels of cooperation between experienced and younger workers in order to ensure that vital skills are properly transferred to ensure continuity. This project started in 2003 and lasted 24 months.

Improving the access of SMEs to ICTs : In order to ensure their market competitiveness, SMEs will need to incorporate ITCs into their structures and to make the best possible use of these ICTs.
