The submission of the project is done by a Consortium of five Professional Lyceums (PLs) (Sofadon, Palalma, Tyrnavou, Elassonas, Velestinou) educational covering much of Thessaly area with about 130,000 inhabitants, where many SMEs operating mainly in the primary and tertiary production.
