In our two-year project (1.07.2014-30.06.2016) which is called „Rural gastronomy in a European form” 20 feeding and gastronomical service technicians and 2 caretakers take part. Project bases on the principles of acquiring, assessing and acknowledging new qualifications within the ECVET system.
