Content and aims of our project mainly depends on a needs analysis applied to our teachers and administrative staff at school. In accordance with the observed needs, the number of the personnel who can take part in the courses is high, so we din not make it certain who will attend the mobilities but we set a comission for selection and certain criterias are declared.
