...e the boat out onto the sea under the direction of an expert fisherman and go fishing. At the end of the project the boat will remain in the community as a resource to be used by future groups of Point Europa EVS volunteers and other community organisations. The 'star gazy' name is taken from a Cornish fish speciality strongly associated with the well-know fishing village of Mousehole.
