4-active youth in Rujiena

Project "4-active youth in Rujiena" will tak place in Rujiena, Latvia. Project should be implemented in order to promote youth involvement in social activities, to raise young people's key skills and ability levels. So far we have met with the voluntary workers Rujiena and it has been shown that the implementation of such projects socialize local people and help young people to become more involved in social processes, because it is interesting and international environment helps to develop the personality of youth and discourage the creation of false stereotypes. Volunteers who join the project will improve communication skills and achieve their personal learning goals by using non-formal methods.
The project aims to raise young people's voluntary core skills and the ability level of involvement in activities Rūjiena's youth.
The project aims to promote healthy behavior in young people, social inclusion and active participation of the community.
The project will involve four young people aged 18 to 30 years. The project duration is 14 months. Volunteers will represent Italy and Spain. The project will be introduced on two European countries, the project will provide diversity and intercultural learning. All activities will be used method of learning by doing. Volunteers of all activities during the lesson will learn and acquire new skills that will be used in work with young people. Each volunteer role is to lead and participate in activities that help to develop and build their personality. The project resulted in personal skills in working with young volunteers will be improved according to each personality.
Returning home volunteershave improved their personality and have acquired skills that will help to become more involved in the educational process, their work and their career creation. The knowledge gained in working in int environment will allow volunteers more easily into society and work environment int. On the other hand Rūjienas young people and residents will be familiar with a new culture and gained a deeper understanding of the European dimension.
