3P (Pamatyk, Pamatuok, Pritaikyk)

The project "3P" (Look, Measure, Personalize) was a consortium formed by 78% of Siauliai District kindergarten, to strengthen performance and improve qualifications of teachers and headmasters . Kindergarten in partnership with the founder in joint project enabled to improve the Siauliai district education institutions which provides pre-school education strategic planning, and improved their teachers and headmasters subject and general competencies that directly influences children educational conditions for the improvement and development of creative activity. During the project implemented 54 mobilities in which attended 40 unique people.
Consortium members improved areas are : inter-cultural education, new educational (learning) methods in order to organize the education from the child's position, English language skills.
- Improved English language skills and cultural understanding of other countries;
- Higher level of competence in the field of early childhood education - education methodologies, material adaptation of the environment, outdoor spaces and external harmony of the educational process, cooperation with parents, etc .;
- More motivation of active contribution for the institution's business planning, development strategy;
- Analysis and self-assessment skills and creativity in adapting the European experience.
During the project implemented 2 teachers and leaders of the job shadowing visits in Turkey and Finland, organized management courses in Malta and Lithuania,, discussions with colleges, communication with local and foreign partners in internet spaces.
In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the project activities after each activities were organized reflections, for to see the similarities and differences in visited countries activities, foreground application.
Participants in the project improved general and subject-specific competencies, modernized education (learning) activities, wrote recommendations for pre-school communities, were changing the approach to early childhood education, also to teacher motivation change, fostered a culture of the institution, publicized the results of the project in the publicity.
