21 pasos hacia el éxito juvenil
Start date: May 16, 2016, End date: Oct 15, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

The time management is one of the major parts that influence the personal and professional lives of the young people. We all had moments in our lives when we felt disoriented, without motivation and without seeing the results of our activities. Nowadays, facing the economic crisis with its high percentage of youth unemployment and the gaps in the educational systems, the young people are for a long time in different unsecured situations, without jobs and without complete formation. We believe that changing the daily habits, young people would manage the time much more effectively and could know how to organize their time and to set and achieve objectives. After testing the method of the “Support groups - 21 days” we obtained a lot of interesting results with young people from our community and we want to disseminate it and in this way to help the young people from Europe to improve their personal and professional lives. The objectives of our project are: Improving the time management among our young participants; Minimize the impact of the “thieves of time”; Promoting participants healthy and responsible habits and behavior that are specific to successful people; Establishing an European network of “Support groups - 21 days” among the young people; Our project is a youth exchange which will gather 20 young people from Spain, xxxxxxx for 5 days in order to create a space for understanding the method of the “Support groups - 21 days” and interiorize it for a better manage of time with the final aim of obtaining success in the personal and professional lives. Our method consists in creation of different groups of support and motivation among young people to change bad habits and achieve new good ones.As results we will have minimum 5 “Support groups - 21 days” of young people who will gain the ability of time management. Also a webpage where we will add the new formed groups, the good practices and information about good habits will be created. Another result will be the European network of young people part of different “Support groups - 21 days”. The impact of our project will be that we could implement the idea of the “Support groups - 21 days” in schools and institutions and also to be used by young people with fewer opportunities. We believe in this project because testing our idea we saw that the method of “Support groups - 21 days” works very well between the young people and with significant improvements of personal and professional lives.
