About Me

I am a graduate of Vanadzor State Teachers’ Training Institute, Linguistics, Translation theory. I am an exceptionally motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager, with several years of experience in the same sector. In my previous position as Project Manager in Zemgale NGO Centre, Jelgava, Latvia, I have been planning, coordinating and managing projects funded by EU, local government, Nordic founds etc., controlling all the process of them, and I handle all media enquiries. I am as well working in the sphere of youth work and as a trainer for spreading the techniques of non-formal education and to raise the employability of the youth. I highly believe that the change is starting from the educated youth, and the second thing that I believe is that Non-Formal Learning is a great way to be combined with the formal to increase that level.

Co-operation with the international organizations and having different projects with different targets, I have been a trainer, and organizer for a few projects in the international and local levels. The experience in this sector gave me the knowledge to make a good communication with the potential targets. Since I have returned back to my homeland I have had cooperation with the NGO Center (Vanadzor) within the framework of Infotun project as an individual consultant, CEIPES Armenia as a consultant for project management and design.

Having years of professional experience in Project management at the best organization in the youth sector of 2014: Zemgale NGO Center in Latvia gave me the competence of managing projects for different grants and bodies with vary criteria as well the competence of measuring those criteria. Before that I was a project manager and coordinator in Vanadzor YMCA for 3 years.

I was supporting the Integration Centre of Jelgava city, with getting some grants from different founds and managing projects in the city as well as I managed a course about project management before leaving Jelgava. Working with people (mostly youth and kids) in the integration center gave me a lot understanding about diver groups and diver needs, backgrounds and understandings. As well as I was working in Aramian Camp at 2011, Camp Tender had been given to YMCA Vanadzor by World Vision Armenia, where I was one of the camp coordinators. The work with the youth during the camp implementation process was a huge experience and great success, because till now we are in touch with the campers.

So far I have been working in the sector of Non-Formal Education and I am in touch with the organizations in the region.

I am experienced in both proactive campaign-driven releases and responsive communications. While working in the local media I was making all the advertisements and the nuances of the media and giving the right information to the audience is now a part of me. During my current role as a freelancer I am still in communicating to different groups and based on the needs “I'll make him an offer he can't ;  (Mario Puzo).

I was working with different grants (Norwegian Grants, European Commission, Czech embassy grant), which have given me the correct approach to the sponsors.

I am fully qualified, with a Bachelor of Linguistics, which helps to make a fluent speech in Armenian, English and Russian and to choose the right word for the right place.

Living abroad and working in there bilingual (English and Russian) developed my language skills to higher level.
