Topic Description

Specific Challenge:

The objective of this topic is to functionalize composites (thermoplastics and/or thermosets) introducing conductive particles in the matrix or through special treatment on fibers. The aim is to reduce weight of metallic parts but keeping conductivity properties. Potential application is a valve actuator body for which EMI protection is required.
