Call 10 is open for expressions of interest only.
Our Online Monitoring System is open for you to compile your online application 2 January - 8 April 2019.
Your application must be for a transnational project in the North Sea Region that falls within one of our four priority themes. If your project falls within Priority 3 (covering topics such as climate adaptation, maritime spatial planning and ecosystem management), please read this news article about the status of funding.
You may consult the Project Advisors at the Secretariat about the contents of your application until three weeks before the deadline. After this date, the Secretariat can only respond to technical questions, however you can still contact our National Contact Points.
How to submit your application
You need to submit your expression of interest through our Online Monitoring System. The process is straightforward: Create a free account, navigate to the expression of interest form, and start filling in the details. You can save your draft as you go along.
We advise you to start putting together your expression of interest as soon as possible, so that you have ample time to develop a convincing presentation of your idea. Submitting your expression of interest is a simple but mandatory first step in your project application process.
Approval process
Your expression of interest must be approved by our Steering Committee before you can move on to the next step and submit a full application. Full applications that are not based on an approved expressions of interest will be rejected. Timely submission of your expression of interest is therefore crucial if you wish to obtain funding for your project within the next year. Decisions will be made at the Steering Committee meeting in June 2019.
