About Me

Serena Baldin is Associate Professor of Comparative Public Law at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of Trieste.
She is the author of two books as well as several articles in Italian, English, and Spanish, in the field of comparative and european constitutional law.
Serena Baldin has recently coordinated an interdisciplinary research project on sustainable development in Latin America.
At present, she is editing an interdisciplinary book on immigration in Europe, with several contribution of Italian and foreign legal scholars, sociologists, historicians, political scientists.
Moreover, she is also involved in an interdisciplinary research project on cultural heritage and religious tourism.

Prof. Serena Baldin welcomes research proposals in the areas of constitutional justice, rule of law, immigration, minority issues, anti-discrimination law, sustainable development, cultural heritage.
