About Me
Administrative director of l'Observatoire compétences-emploi (OCE) based at Université du Québec è Montréal (UQAM). OCE is a research organisation on vocational education and training. Our main goal is to inform and connect stakeholders to foster workforce skills development and recognition in Québec, Canada. We do so by conducting researches, identifying best practices, translating research results into information and organising events.
