Edward Choi
Currently studying Government and Public Administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Edward CHOI is a young policy entrepreneur who will be pursuing MSc in European and International Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science this September.
Enthusiastic in public affairs covering education reform and youth development, Edward is now working at Our Hong Kong Foundation as a Research Assistant (Education & Youth). In May 2021, he was appointed as a member of the Kwun Tong District Youth Programme Committee by the HKSAR Government.
Prior to working at OHKF, he has experiences interning at Ming Wai Youth Office and the Hong Kong Government (Administrative Officer Grade), engaging in policymaking, policy advocacy, strategic planning and community dialogues. He was also a member of DotAsia Organization and the YMCA of Hong Kong, where he initiated various projects on youth empowerment and public education in Switzerland, Vanuatu and ;
As an environmentalist, he is now volunteering at V'air Hong Kong — a Hongkong-based environmental organisation — as the Head of Policy Research, engaging with stakeholders spanning from the civil society to the Environment ;
