AYOL - “Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Lithuania”, organized by Azerbaijani initiative student’s group studying in Kaunas. AYOL has been established on 26th of June, 2012, with the goal to play bridge role between Azerbaijani and Lithuanian Youth. We’re aiming to unite all Azerbaijani students and young people living & studying in Lithuania. Our will is make Azerbaijani and Lithuanian youth to feel free to join us and be part of this strengthening partnership & friendship between two countries. The aim of establishment of AYOL is to contribute active participation of youth to local and international projects and the youth of the world in our country, to arrange new projects, to attract youth position at the social works, to enlighten them, to contribute to the solution of problems that community faces, to improve well-being of vulnerable population. AYOL has two main facets to its operations:
* Cultural relations;
* Public affairs.
In pursuit of its objectives AYOL:
*Organizes meetings with interested parties, opinion formers and decision makers
*Facilitates fact-finding trips by politicians and business people
*Arranges round tables, seminars, lectures and conferences
*Publishes pamphlets, reports, bulletins, books and films.
Our members are surrounded by the youth of the two countries (Azerbaijan and Lithuania). We believe that things can be better worked out and contributed by the voluntary work, conferences, meetings, youth exchanges in Lithuania.
Our team actively working with Lithuanian youth, and Azerbaijan students and therefore have some experience in youth activities. In addition we are aware of the problems and needs of young people. We have personal experience of participating in international exchanges, and a little experience in these activities. Also, since we work with young people, we have a positive experience and how to work with this group of young people. As sending organization chose and prepare youth participants and youth leader for active participation in project, concerning all rolls of Erasmus+ Programme. As sending organization is responsible to provide active involvement of youth leader and youth participants in preparation of project, its implementation and dissemination of project results, sending organization will also support full filling of general objectives and priorities of Erasmus+ programme and insure protection and safety for its representatives during project ;
We have official 300 experienced members in Lithuania, also our trainers who have participated in the local and international projects. Our members are more than 300 volunteers, Azerbaijani students and Lithuanian youth, so in your topics we have got skillful people in these issues which they’ll bring videos, workshops and other important things. We‘d like to share our experience and to get new information from other partner countries.
The people involved in the organization of this project have already had experience in youth exchanges and training course abroad and have excellent communication skills especially in English very well. The youth leaders are young people aged 15 to 35 years who have a lot of experience in the coordination of youth and logistics management initiatives, have organized workshops and round tables, meetings with local administrators and decision makers have a lot of experience in the field of new technologies, of healthy use of the Internet and excellent knowledge of digital communication ;
