Our team designed and manufactured vacuum-arc plasma source with a linear filter. Plasma filtration significantly improves the quality of the coatings due to the formation of a more homogeneous structure with low surface roughness due to the significant reduction in the amount of particulates in the plasma stream. It can apply for metal, steel, ceramic tools with hardening coatings to improve mechanical characteristics of tools.

Filtered plasma source is the most promising of hardening coatings (other functional coating) based on the following multi-component systems:

- coatings on the base of (Ti, Al)N doped with Y, Re, Cr;

- nitride coatings on the base of Multi-Element High-Entropy Alloys Ti-Zr-Nb-Y-Al и Ti-Zr-Hf-V-Nb;

- coatings on the base of carbides, oxides

- DLC coatings.

Our team is looking for industrial and research partners who are interested in improvement of surface properties of its products.
