The priority of our school is to seek and implement innovative methods of teaching English from an early age. We strive to ensure that language skills are introduced and consolidated in all educational activities of the school curriculum. The main objective of our project is to improve the quality of education and training, increase social and communication skills both of teachers and students. Teachers who will participate in the training have been selected in accordance to the project's theme. We decided to engage the team of early education teachers (3 nursery teachers and 4 primary school teachers), 2 teachers of English and the headmistress. Early childhood education is a very important step in the educational systems and social policies of many European countries. Individual participants will be involved at all stages of the project. Gained experience and acquired skills of organization's staff participating in the project will allow our school to widen the educational offer, facilitating the implementation of the core curriculum content over and above. Practical skills in the use of modern ICT technologies allow for innovative educational activity. Our successful and active involvement of the students' and teachers ' engaged in the activities of the Erasmus + will encourage other staff to actively participate in European projects. Participation in the programme will allow us to take action to equalize educational opportunities through innovative English language classes. It will also promote the value of education through the creation of new original programmes and pedagogical innovation. We are sure that the implementation of this project will enrich the curriculum and provide an opportunity to equal educational opportunities of our children in comparison with their peers from big cities and other European countries. The innovative educational activities enable our pupils to continue and develop the skills already gained in the further stages of education. Actions taken will teach them to self-improve their language skills. In the long term, this will result in improving the quality of education offered by the school.
