Synthesis of Traditional Values and Modern World in a Creation of an Active Frontier Community
Short description: The project aims at preserving Lithuanian customs in Poland and activating local communities. Its goals should be achieved through a number of sessions and classes for inhabitants of the Polish-Lithuanian border region (Sejny, Poland and Aštrioji Kirsna, Lithuania).Around 240 people should attend traditional dancing, photography, music, drama, sports and other sessions.As results of the project, several exhibitions should be held and an album should be produced.
