Our school ist situated in a quater of Vienna with a high density of immigrants of different countries. Generally the social state of the students is very low, their selfconfidence too. They should know their abilities and strengths to be able to choose a fulfilling profession to live independently on their own resposibility. Our teachers already have precognitions and want to enlarge their abilities in teaching students with low selfconfidence; they want to boost their self-esteem. Exercises and games are a fitting method to teach students in the age of 10-14 years. A self-confident person is a value for every community or society.
