The project aims to improve the quality of teaching in primary school Kuldiga. Kuldiga Elementary School implemented in general education 1st to 9th grade pupils, including a large proportion of ethnic minority pupils. Through this project the school is planning to implement:1) the mobility of 2 teachers (one teacher 1st- 4th grade and one 5th-9th grade teacher), to improve English language teaching methodology;2) the mobility of 2 teachers (one teacher 1st- 4th grade and one 5th-9th grade teacher), to improve the teaching approach - presenting learning content not only in the form of theories, but also by different types of games, learning through culture, nature, etc. Thus increasing pupils' interest in the subject matter - to make learning more attractive for pupils in subjects such as the natural sciences, history, etc. This will contribute the improvement of pupils learning outcomes, learning motivation of the successful application of various skills.The acquired knowledge will be integrated into improving teaching methods of English teaching and improving learning methods in subjects such as the natural sciences, history, etc.Teachers who will take training courses abroad will have the task to share their knowledge with colleagues at school and throughout Latvia, as well as to participate in the methodological commissions, improving acquired subject methodology and strategies.Mobility participants will receive the Europass Mobility document and the organizers of the course certificate.
