Quo Vadis Europe? - Regional Conference of Young Leaders - a youth project aimed at young people and decision-makers from the province of Silesia, whose main theme will be social activity and citizenship of young people and a structured dialogue in our region. On this issue we look through the prism of reflection on the future of Europe, capacity building of youth and its activation both in terms of participation in public life, and raise professional competence.The project predicted activities including organizing a series of meetings with decision makers around four thematic areas we've found to be the most important from the point of view of young people - social and civic activism, the problem of unemployment and employment prospects, science and education and youth policy at the local government level. The project will be complemented by the completion of participants 5 social projects for young people of our province, as well as the final project meeting for a group of 40 young leaders from different parts of Silesia. The meeting will be held in January 2016 year for four days in the Vistula and then for 2 days in Gliwice. The basic premise of the project is the involvement of local decision-makers and experts in the field of youth policy in all activities undertaken under the project. The aim, at the same time the planned effect of the departure is on the one hand the acquisition by the participants of a number of the skills and leadership, which will then be able to share in their local communities, supporting social inclusion particularly excluded people, the poor and the unemployed, as well as to increase their European awareness and to strengthen the sense of responsibility of young people for Europe. These plans we want to achieve through a range of activities such as workshops, group work, lectures, panel discussions, events out Dorians, innovative games and simulations carried out in accordance with the principles of non-formal education - providing unfettered dialogue and mutual learning from each other. The action program will constitute a combination of practical activities during which young people will be working in groups with a number of workshops centered on discussions on the topics of the project as well as the current social problems. An integral part of the project activities will also research and public consultation, which will serve us to realize responders diagnosed challenges of social projects and to collect materials issued in the form of publications video study "how to be a leader? ', Published on youtube and summarizing the results of the project as the recommendations in the field of youth policy, addressed to policy makers.
