Aim of the project - the development of a structured dialogue between political decision-makers, both formal and non-formal educational institutions , youth organizations and non-formal youth in order to find the reasons why young people do not participate in the political system and to consider the possibilities of electronic voting as one of the main tools to promote citizen participation.The meetings will be discussions , workshops, simulations, which will help to establish a structured dialogue between the parties concerned. Conference goal - to bring together a working group to clarify the position of young people in relation to electronic elections, to analyze experiences and achievements of the organization of electronic elections, to develop guidelines for electronic system for the collection and create a petition for the introduction of an electronic election in Lithuania as encouraging young people to become active citizens of the EU.
