Background: The staff of our school, called Szepsi Lackó Máté Agricultural and Food Industrial Secondary Vocational School and Student Hostel, is undertaking the participation on foreign language courses and improving their foreign language knowledge in order to realise the international strategy of the institution and the acquisition of the European outlook, and therefore makes certain of teachers self-evaulation,teachers’ control and evaluation assessment on a higher level.Participants: Two school leaders, three language teachers and two teachers of vocational objects of the Szepsi Lackó Máté Agricultural and Food Industrial Secondary Vocational School and Student Hostel.The aims and the claims of the projects: Our institute has been taking part in collaborative projects since 2005 and has been implementing French and Norwegian apprenticeships regularly year by year since 2008, and has been taking part in Strategical Partnerships cooperation. In addition to the LLLP / Erasmus + projects our school has implemented successful projects within the Visegrad Fund and the ACES programs.This work requires a multifaceted international members of the teaching staff to develop language skills in both domestic and international project work.Expected results: Our colleagues’ dedication to improving their foreign language skills , their social and intercultural development of professional competencies can be a great impact on the rest of the teaching staff, thus the numbers of the teachers seeking to improve their language skills are going to grow in the future.Effect: The important achievement of the project is the utilization and incorporation of the results of school life and educational activities.Due to the process involving the teaching staff realized the diversity of thinking, complex project work, evaluation, feedback and measurability and comparability to international quality development.Thus, sustainable results are obtained, are going to be the basis of further development in the future.
