The main problems of the target group of the project, ie. employees of our School, are insufficient knowledge and skills in the use of available ICT technologies (equipment exists at the school, but inefficiently used), the inadequate implementation of the internationalization, lack of motivation to participate in international projects and lack of international cooperation.Accordingly our School will send six of its employees (director, psychologist, and four teachers) at the following seminars:-"Tap-Swipe-Pinch General" in October 2016. in Portugal,- "Tap-Swipe-Pinch into STEM" in October 2016. in Estonia,-"How to make your school more international" in November 2016. in Spain,-"Game based learning and Gamification" in April 2017. in Spain,-" Tap-Swipe-Pinch into English" in June 2017. in UK.Before leaving school will implement practical, cultural and linguistic preparation of mobility participants and thus ensure intercultural understanding, facilitate communication and orientation and ensure that participants are familiar with the objectives of mobility and tasks of every stakeholder in the project implementation process.The seminars will enhance the following professional competence: the development of a long-term plan for the school in the form of internationalization, high-quality format of international projects, international competence, advantages and disadvantages of using tablets and computers in teaching, "tap-swipe-pinch" access to education, safe use of tablets and ICT, examples of good practice, planning new curriculum using ICT, integration and use of ICT in the teaching of English and mathematics, linking ICT, innovation, creativity, traditional approaches to teaching and standards, the use of ICT and games in education, selection and use of the most appropriate games in education.The seminars will improve following personal competencies: self-confidence, communication, leadership, multiculturalism, empathy, resourcefulness, problem solving, life-long education and others.The introduction of new teaching methods is expected to improve learning outcomes of students of the school. In the long term, the results of the project will increase the interest in lifelong learning, and the internationalization of institutions and new competencies for the preparation and implementation of EU projects will create the foundation for international cooperation and a number of mobility of faculty and students of our School.After returning from the training program, participants will take mobility dissemination of results to other school employees, students, colleagues from other schools and the general public. The dissemination of the results will be in Varaždin television and local media.
