To respond to the increased demand for health staff and patient mobility and provide greater choice and access to health resources within the Euro-region this programme aims to:- Encourage cross border mobility of professionals, trainees and educators in the field of health care.- Facilitate exchange of best practice of organisation and delivery of health services by developing greater understanding of the health care systems and of interprofessional relationships reflecting the culture of each country.- Enhance professional and linguistic competence and qualifications by promoting relations between institutions responsible for professional education and health services delivery and developing specific cross cultural programmes and professional networks.
