Project concentrates in developing new ways of offering public services. The strategic goal of this project is to improve public services by making them more client-oriented and more efficient. As a result of the project the possibilites of the citizens to have influence on the services will also improve as will their knowledge of the service processes. The co-operation with Hämeenlinna and Tartu will also become deeper and wider and new personal contacts will be established to improve the future development work. Project is concentrating on the fields of elderly care.
