The project seeks to establish a permanent link between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the INTERREG IIIA area as a vehicle for building a genuine transfrontier economic and education area and hence contributing in a major way to meeting key objectives of the INTERREG IIIA Programme.The network will work to encourage staff and student mobility to enhance cultural awareness and a sense of cross-border identity. Supported by the institutions' commitment to social inclusion for all groups in Higher Education, the project will aim to involve students at all levels from traditional and non-traditional backgrounds, through the use of new technologies and life-long learning strategies.
