Project Health is Wealth is initiated with the purpose of improving the existing school curriculum, and improve the level of key competences and skills of staff and students, particularly in relation to their importance for the labor market. The overall objective is to empower teachers to develop approaches "bottom-up" in order to ensure the acquisition of modern competence and access to the latest technologies through professional internships in companies / institutions and thus increase the employability of students and the relevance of their qualifications in the labor market. On the other hand, the goal is to improve the knowledge, skills and competencies students below professions.Profile of the target group of mobility are:Group 1 - Staff mobility (October / November 2016), Leipzig (Germany) - 3 teachers / experts who educate students for general care nurse / nurse responsible for general care who will be directly involved in activities related to the update of the curriculum, and who will during mobility go through a particular professional training to strengthen their professional skills- 4 employes of the school management - will be directly involved in activities related to the modernization and improvement of the curriculum.The duration of mobility is 7 daysGroup 2 - the mobility of pupils (12/02/2017 to 02/25/2017), Leipzig (Germany) -10 students – 4th grade + 10 students 5th grade – Department : the general nursing care / nurse responsible for general care -10 3rd grade. + 10 students 4th grade - Department: physiotherapy technician / physiotherapy technician.Pupils will be accompanied with 4 accompanying personsThe duration of mobility is 14 days.Mobility with the aim of improving professional skills and competencies in order to be more competitive in the European labor market and thus be easier employable through professional practice in clinics and hospitals, clinics for rehaabilitation, homes for the elderly and the program that was created in collaboration with partner institutions from Leipzig - Vitalis GmbH (v. Appendix 2)The following specific objectives are to be achieved with this projects:- Adopt a different methodology for the development of new tools and applications for learning and creating support for the development of a positive learning environment and thus improve the quality of vocational education- Analyze and compare the educational curricula for nurses and physiotherapists in Croatia and Germany- To exchange the latest professional and scientific knowledge and skills and thus be able to self-assess previous work and to create conditions for the improvement of the same- Identify areas for future cooperation / partnership to provide opportunities for professional practice for future generations - to develop cooperation between educational institutions and professional teaching base of EU countries in order to provide further opportunities for professional practice for generations to come;- Improve its ability to respond to the needs of individual students and to deal with their social, cultural and linguistic diversity;- To improve the skills and abilities of the management structure for the running of the school;- Promote the formal recognition of skills and competences acquired through professional development activities abroad.As for the students the following specific objectives are to be achieved:- To improve the professional knowledge and competencies and become more competitive in the European labor market- Be familiar with the quality of work and the organization of training in foreign companies / institutions- To exchange experiences with their peers from Germany- Develop a positive attitude towards work and profession- Strengthen self-confidence and personal development- Become ware of the importance of lifelong learning- Develop a sense of multiculturalism, mutual understanding and tolerance- To explore the historic and cultural sights of GermanyAt the end of the mobility itself participants will get the Europass Mobility document that students will use in employment and the future of mobility. The teachers will get the Europass Mobility for the recognition of acquired competences and further professional development. Students' two-week placement will be recognized as part of their professional practice in Croatia. All participants will improve their language competence. Schools will develop an international dimension, which will contribute to their quality and thus the quality and attractiveness of vocational education.
