Our Association aims to participate in this Erasmus + program. Our main goal is to train our trainers who are responsible for parents' support and the training of people with visual impairments and additional disabilities. The continuous evolution in the field of medicine requires from our side a continuous and constant updating and training in order to ensure a high quality of our services.This project is part of our global training programs, designed and/or provided from our Association within European programs, national programs. Therefore, a bunch of training programs can be designed and take place in our premises in Athens.15 people of our staff will attend a 5 days training, designed by notable scientists with proven experience in vulnerable groups training .These people are in daily contact with these groups and will be able to exchange right techniques and behavior in the context of field monitoring.Our short term learning objectives are: the acquisition of theoretical background and the exchange of good practices. As a long-term learning objectives are: the capitalization of knowledge , the conception of a training cursus for each trainer (trainee) and the systematic organization of training workshops with the participation of partners from different countries and sectors.
