History of the project: With the changes in the European labor market, our school requirements have changed. Our school should and want to prepare our students for Europe and for the European labor market. That is why we must be significantly improved intercultural skills of teachers and participation in European programs. The project aims to inform and educate about the computer and communications technologies applicable to rural industry and agriculture. Selecting the area because there are farms and related industries that use these technologies. The project we want to realize to achieve the following goals: 1. To broaden our horizons in a scientific level than our specialties. 2. To get in touch with the relevant specialists of foreign scientists to see how experiencing these objects work in school. 3. To create the foundations for cooperation between the three sectors involved in the program to target future joint projects. 4. To broaden our horizons culturally. Important for us are our teachers to attend classes, and see production methods in another country with characteristics similar to our own. Number and profile of participants: Participants will be 8 and must: - Be willing to attend training courses abroad. - Have sufficient knowledge of the language of the seminar. - Be willing to spread the European idea to colleagues and students. - Be willing to incorporate the idea of Europe in teaching. Description of the measures: Participation in training seminars and study visits to places of production and application of technology. Methodology for project implementation: Before moving to Sevilla will thoroughly deal with inquiries about the objects of education. There will be cooperation between sectors and swap views. Any questions will be solved with the reception center by email or skype. In Seville with the guidance of the people of the reception center will visit organizations and businesses related to the program and will attend seminars in the workplace and at the headquarters of the host organization. On his return will be diffusion of knowledge and experiences learned in the school community and society. We will use this knowledge and experience in working our choro.Telos will evaluate the program and self-assessment. Description of the expected results, impact and long-term benefits: The knowledge gained will help participants both in the scientific background and the cooperation between them. Also, the knowledge gained will enrich teaching at school. The training will enable teachers to inspire our teachers even more for European programs, and to use this work program as a means of deepening intercultural character of students, language and social skills. By extending these skills our students will be better prepared in the future for the requirements of European and international labor markets.
