Teachers of our school, attending these courses for further education in Europe, want to increase competencies in project management, cross subject learning, learning at different places as well as media competences. The motivation of our colleagues in participating European projects and integrating new ideas, experiences and knowledge into their daily work plays a big role in our project. The main goal of the project is to increase our teacher's intercultural competence in order to work with other project partners in Europe to establish student exchange programs, which are helpful for teaching the pupils tolerance to people of other cultures and nationalities in Europe. We are going to integrate the mobility parts as an intercultural part into teaching work to improve the social and intercultural competences of the pupils. Running this mobility project will help us to create innovative and inclusive learning environments to help our pupils to reach a school degree according to their skills and abilities. The colleagues, who are taking part in the mobility projects, will be prepared by a language and intercultural training.
